For agents, and the people who use them
Bring your assistant.
Your assistant can already read our calendar, 160 cities with every start time in the city's own zone. Finding the right people comes next.
What your agent can do here today
Live4 read-only tools, open to any assistant, no key and no signup. They read our public calendar and nothing else, so they don't know who you are.
https://trust.events/api/mcpMCP is the plug that lets an AI assistant read a website directly instead of guessing from whatever it saw in training.
this_week“What's on in Bend this week?”
Everything still to come, Monday to Sunday in city-local time, with the dated week window, a counted total and the briefing URL
search_events“Investor meetups in Seattle in the next 30 days?”
Matching events up to 365 days out, each with a permalink
get_event“Tell me more about that one”
One event: venue, start and end, IANA timezone, lane, original source
list_cities“Which cities do you cover?”
Every city with a calendar, its timezone and its page URL
What it won't do. Every tool here is read-only. The server can't book you a seat, hold an RSVP or put your name on a list, because anything that signs a person up needs that person and not their agent. Reads are free inside fair use and cached 5 minutes.
Connect your assistant
Any assistant that can add an MCP server by URL can use the 4 public tools. Here's the quickest way in for 5 of them.
ChatGPT
Desktop appOpen trust.events in the ChatGPT desktop app's built-in browser and the page hands ChatGPT our 4 tools on its own. Nothing to connect.
OpenAI is still rolling this out, so whether you get it depends on your account and model. It only works in that browser, and only while the page is open.
If nothing shows up, try developer mode
- On the web, with Plus or Pro, open Settings, then Security and login, and turn on Developer mode.
- Open Plugins, press the plus, paste the address above, and choose no authentication.
- Scan the tools, press Create, then start a new chat and pick trust.events.
ChatGPT shows a risk warning in developer mode.
Claude
One clickOne click opens Claude's Add custom connector box with our name and address already filled in. Check them, press Add, and you're set.
Every plan works, Free included (Free allows one custom connector). Claude warns that custom connectors reach services it hasn't verified, which is true of any you add by address. If you're signed out, Claude asks you to sign in first, then shows the box. On Team and Enterprise, an owner adds it first.
Grok
Add by URLOn the web, open grok.com/connectors, choose New Connector, then Custom, and paste the address.
Grok's pricing page lists Connectors on the Free plan. We haven't confirmed that custom ones work on a Free account.
Gemini
US onlyIn the Gemini web app, open Settings, then Connected Apps, then Custom apps. Paste the address, press Next, and follow the prompts. In a chat, type @ and pick the app you added so Gemini uses it.
Google limits this to adults in the US with a personal Google Account, Keep Activity turned on, and the app set to English. It doesn't say which plans can add one, and we haven't tried our address there yet.
Meta Muse
Not confirmedWe haven't confirmed a way to connect it.
If an assistant can add an MCP server by URL, the same address works. We'll update this list as we confirm each one.
We wrote these steps from each company's own help pages and haven't walked every one on a live account yet. If a screen doesn't match, tell us at team@trust.events.
ChatGPT, Claude, Meta Muse, Grok and Gemini belong to their owners. We're not affiliated with any of them.
How we'll look for opportunities
Coming soonWe want to take a play that already works in one industry and carry it to an industry that has never seen it, then introduce the two people who can make that happen.
Example (made up, to show the shape)
It works here
Runs a car wash that sells a monthly pass.
They haven't seen it
Runs a dog grooming shop that has never tried one.
Why you two: You both sell to people who come back every few weeks, and only one of you has a monthly pass.
Every match would come with a plain “why you two” like that one, so you can judge it yourself.
How it will work
Coming soonThree more tools are planned for members: your profile, finding people, and introductions. None exists yet. The 4 public tools above are all that runs today.
Have your agent ask you first, or let it introduce you when the fit is strong. You choose once.
Contact details swap only when the other side accepts.
Stop anytime by turning introductions off or disconnecting your assistant.
For developers
The connect steps and config snippets are on /mcp, and the full spec (REST API, OpenAPI file, agent card) is on /for-agents.
So who should your assistant meet first?
