This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of trust.events and is incorporated into the Terms of Service.
Prohibited Activities
Violating any applicable law or regulation, or facilitating others' violations
Fraud, misrepresentation, or impersonation of any person, Agency, or affiliation
Manipulating or attempting to manipulate vetting outcomes, reviews, ratings, placements, or the matching process
Submitting or soliciting fake, incentivized-without-disclosure, or self-interested reviews
Unauthorized access, probing, or disruption of the Service, other users' data, or our infrastructure; circumventing rate limits or access controls
Automated collection beyond our published machine-readable interfaces and their documented limits, or use of collected data to build a competing curated directory
Uploading malicious code or content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or deceptive
Using introductions, buyer contact information, or member tools for spam, resale, or any purpose other than the bona fide engagement they were provided for
Interfering with the affiliate program's integrity (cookie-stuffing, self-referrals, trademark bidding)
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations; remove or restrict content; suspend, limit, or terminate access; revoke vetting statuses; notify affected parties; and cooperate with law enforcement. We reserve all remedies at law and equity. Reports: team@trust.events.
