What you actually get

• The title, in public. You are listed and featured as the leader of this city — named on the city page, in the newsletter that goes out to the whole metro, and on every room we run here. Not a volunteer badge. The public authority for this city is you.
• Admin control of the app for your city. Your own console over every networking group, room, and member in the metro. You see who is here, who knows whom, who is showing up, and who is asking for introductions — the whole local graph, from above. Nobody else in your city has that view.
• The calendar. Every business, tech, AI and investor event in your metro, gathered and kept current, on your page. You tell us where to pull from. It is the thing local hosts spend hours a month doing by hand.
• The invitation machine. Waitlist, invites, member cards, the referral graph. All of it already built and already running in other cities. You inherit it working.
• The city page itself. Built from your own answers about your own metro, in your words — not a template with your name dropped into it.

And what we ask

You already run something and you keep running it. No pay-to-play seats, no selling from the stage. Nothing you build goes public until it is approved, and the brand stays ours. If the room stops running, the city goes back on this board.
